The signing of the purchase agreement was previously announced on Sept. 24, 2025.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to complete the acquisition of New Way and officially welcome its more than 750 employees to the Federal Signal family,\u201d said Jennifer L.
